Chen & Tran: Southern California Bankruptcy Attorneys
At the Law Offices of Chen & Tran, you are not just a case number or a file. Our bankruptcy attorneys are motivated to provide great legal services with the attention to detail to get you through the bankruptcy process. The founders of the firm, Rex Tran and Michael Chen believe clients can be better served even at low costs. This is due to their personal, professional and military experience. Both have given their time and service as war veterans that still currently serve in the United States Army Reserve in Orange County and Los Angeles.
Rex graduated law school in Southern California at the California Western School of Law. He was born and raised in Orange County and has witnessed what the economic downturn has done to the people and businesses there. He is no stranger to the idea that in many circumstances a fresh start can lead to economic prosperity for everyone. He has vast bankruptcy experience in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles and Orange County. This stems from his previous employment as a managing attorney in the nation’s largest bankruptcy firm. He started the Law Offices of Chen & Tran in order to better serve his clients.
Attorney Michael Chen also served in the Iraq war and is a reservist in the US Army, JAG Corps. Like Rex, he was born, raised and attended law school in Southern California at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. In addition to his military legal experience, Michael served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Laura W. Halgren. As member of the military’s legal community and work with Southern California Judges, Michael realizes that attention to detail is a must. Michael is a believer in second chances and looks to provide clients with the best service possible in order for them to move forward.
